About RAMW
Established in 1920, The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington serves as a resource and advocate for its 1,000+ member restaurants.
The Association works to promote and sustain the growth and development of the industry while providing its members legislative and regulatory representation, marketing and small business support, programming and events.
Educated Eats
Educated Eats is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the restaurant & foodservice industry as a career of unlimited opportunity!
Annual scholarships are designed to assist individuals who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to pursuing higher education toward career advancement in a foodservice or culinary profession, and are awarded to both high school students and those currently working in the restaurant industry.
ServSafe®
The ServSafe® food safety program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. The program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts who face the same risks you do every day and course materials reflect the latest science, research and FDA Food Code.
